What is Kangaroo Time?

Kangaroo Time (KT connect) is the Childcare Management System that we use to manage: Bookings, Parent Accounts, Child Documentation, Enrolments and Parent engagement. To make an enrolment or booking with us, you need to download the KT Connect Australia’s latest version in the app store and you should then receive an email with a password for your new account. Once your enrolment is complete you should receive an offer from the service. If you have any concerns please email; [email protected].

Why am I not getting Child Care Subsidy on my statements?

In order for the service to receive Child Care Subsidy on your behalf we need you to complete a CWA with us and confirm your Enrolment in MyGov.

How do I pay?

The easiest way to pay is to set up your account up manually through Kangaroo Time or alternatively you can set up a Direct Debit within the app so the payments are automatically deducted each fortnight. 

I don’t want to set up via the Kangaroo Time app How else can I pay?

Additionally the other method of payment is via the QKR app. This is the same app that is used to make payments for the Tuck Shop orders and Uniform Shop at Ironside State School make your payments through the Qkr! app. 

How frequently do I need to pay?

Once a Fortnight. Statements are sent out by Tuesday, and payments should be made within the same week.
