What is the Xplor Parent Portal?

The Xplor Parent Portal is the Childcare Management System that we use to manage Bookings, Parents Accounts, and Programming and Planning Documentation. You should receive a link to register for Xplor once you have successfully enrolled your child with Ironside OSHC. If you not yet registered for an account please email contactus@ironsideoshc.org.au.

I’m not sure how to use Xplor where can I get help?

There is a parent support website where you find most of the answers you need. If you can’t find you answer at the website you can contact the Xplor helpline on 1300 687 975.

Why am I not getting Child Care Subsidy on my statements?

In order for the service to receive Child Care Subsidy on your behalf we need you to complete a CWA with us and confirm your Enrolment in MyGov.

I haven’t received a statement, how do I know how much I have to pay?

If you have regular term time bookings with us it is very important that you check your account with us at least once a week.You can do this through the Xplor Parent Portal. When you log into your account you should check the following to make sure the details are correct:

We will not be sending you invoices or statements so please set yourself a reminder to download your statement and pay your account.

I’m a busy working parent  ….

I know that everyone who uses our service is a busy working parent. It is important to take the time to check your account because we only have 28 days to correct errors that may have occurred. We do try our best to get things right the first time but mistakes happen, so please help us by checking your account every week. 

How do I pay?

The easiest way to pay is to set up your account to be paid via EziDebit in the Xplor parent portal.

I don’t want to sign up for EziDebit. How else can I pay?

We respect your choice to not use Ezidebit but this does cause an additional administrative burden to our service.  To help us reduce the number of places that we need to collect payments from we are asking you to make your payments through the Qkr! app.  This is the same app that you used to make your bond payment and might use for tuck shop orders at Ironside State School.  Qkr! also allows your to make credit card payments or payments directly from your bank account. 

How frequently do I need to pay?

Once a week. You need to make sure that your account is settled each Friday. EziDebit payments are deducted each Thursday afternoon/evening.
